I chose this pair of shoes not only for their color combination, but for the repeating motif on the cream panel.
This Easter card is for friends who share my love of things Faberge. It is a facsimile(the original has the large end on top) of Faberge's "Pine Cone" egg which was created for a wealthy Russian industrialist named Kelch in 1900. I used Stickles to replicate the small diamonds of the original. The "surprise" inside the egg was a small Indian elephant that, when wound, would lumber across a flat surface. If you wish, you can see a picture of the original and its elephant here.
