Nothing can make you feel better than a nice hot cuppa.. especially if it is Green Tea! Since I have been obsessed with tea bag painting there was no other choice than to bring these two things together!! I used the outline part only of the Heartfelt Thanks set and stamped it with Stazon black then lightly coloured with Mellon and Artichoke ink with a few smudges of walnut to enhance the tea stain. I found a piece of left-over pattern paper (from Mikes I think) and used my fancy-edged scissors (trying to use old equipment) to cut around the Spellbinder's oval.

Such a pretty flower on your teabag. It's great to get out our older tools....used my deckled scissors a while back. They're still fun to use.

Beautiful card, Sue - your tea-bag painting is a little work of art and far too good to be dunked in hot water . You did pretty neat work with the deckle-edged oval - it was always my favourite scissors as being more forgiving . Wouldn't this be perfect with a couple of teabags inside as a get-well aid!

I love your tea bag design, Sue. YOu are so right.....nothing quite so soothing as a hot cup of tea.

Terrific get well card, Sue, and I agree with you about a nice cup of tea. (My choice is lemon/honey when I have a sore throat.) Your tea bag painting is so beautifully done and makes this card even more special.

Prettiest teabag ever! I love tea, and your idea of using a teabag painting is awesome. Sure to cheer anyone. Think I'll have a cuppa, so I can give your technique a try. Great card.

When I get my fancy pens I am going to try to do another tea bag -- this is gorgeous and I love it through and through!!! Also going into my faves!
