Yesterday I couldn't make a card to save my soul! So today, I was happy to see I could do one card for both challenges - and what WONDERFUL challenges they were!
CC626: So Saffron; Cucumber Crush and Peekaboo Peach were the colors for today - Great combo Pam!
CAS420: Asked for string/twine added to their cards. This also was a wonderful idea and challenge!!

This sunflower image is beautifully colored and shaded, SO lovely!!! I am just starting to work on using a little coloring around an image like this in a light blue, what you've done is very effective and adds to the realistic image by helping ground it. That twine tied in the corner is the perfect touch and great that it gives you another challenge opportunity for this great card. I love how you've stamped the image at the top of the card with the twine intertwining the sentiment, nice! What a cheery flower, and the yellow layer of cs adds a great deal of sunny to that wonderful sunflower. So glad I had the opportunity to see your beautiful card, I know that the card recipient will be encouraged and strengthened by receiving your wonderful card.
I so often learn from you cards, and have admired them for a long time--thank you for what you teach me and how your cards inspire me. SO glad you made this one, I think it's awesome!!! XX
