This is card number 2 for this week's color challenge to use Daffodil Delight, Garden Green and Rich Razzleberry. Roberta posted a challenge to make a card with these colors and not use a floral image and use sparkle. Ugh! This challenge kept me up all night, but in a good way of course. I slept for a couple of hours towards morning, and when I woke up, I knew exactly what I was going to make. Fun! I sponged daffodil delight onto watercolor paper for the background, and I sponged certainly celery and garden green together on card stock, then die cut it with this detailed die. I added a lot of stickles to some of the leaves and to the little bird in this die and let this dry. I die cut the fairy from Blackberry Bliss cs, then added 2 layers of clear stickles to this die cut so she is super sparkly. Once dry, I stamped the fairy wand, smaller fairy and the sentiment, then assembled the card. This was such a fun card to make. Thanks for looking! ~Karen.

I so enjoyed reading this, Karen. Thank you for taking me up on that extra challenge, although it wasn't meant for you to lose sleep over! Geez! That fairy is quite sparkly and looks so fun, especially with the sentiment you stamped~
