For this month's Creative Crew "Inspired to Create" Challenge, I chose the photo with the cupcake and color inspiration.
The little terrarium is made with the Home Sweet Home Thinlits house die and Window Sheets (p. 175 Annual Catalog). I tried every adhesive I have to adhere the two halves together transparently, to no avail!!! I ended up going with the Tear and Tape, which you can see but, alas, I just went with it. (Suggestions?!)
The "dirt" base is the Linen Thread wrapped repeatedly around one of the bottom flaps. The little plants are just glue dot-ted in. I hole punched the top to string the ribbon through (LOVE this Sweet Sugarplum ribbon). The butterfly is attached by glue dot, too.
I love it I'm having fun with miniature things.
Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Tip:
Don't forget that the Home Sweet Home Thinlits are good for all seasons. Maybe show a few different samples to highlight the versatility

This is such a clever idea for a terrarium! I love everything about it, including seeing the wall "reinforcements." (tear/tape showing). Love all those miniaturized pieces.
Thanks for sharing such a great project and your tip is really wonderful.
