I made this birthday card for one of my alpha sisters and she has the card now so I can post it. I decided to case a card I had done earlier this year and modify the design a bit: Season's Greetings by Art Deco Diva at Splitcoaststampers. This card was made by using a Hot Off the Press snowflake stencil, lightly sponge silver ink through the stencil onto the main image panel and allow to dry for about 5 minutes. Now, position the Dream Weaver snowman stencil over the sponged snowflakes and secure with postit notes. Ink up the snowman image with a finger sponge dauber and various SU inks. Leave the stencil in place and allow the ink to dry for about 5 minutes. Then spread the glass bead glitter gel over the inked image. Immediately remove stencil and place in warm soapy water and allow the image panel to dry for at least 8-12 hours. Assemble card as desired. Thanks for looking. ~Karen.

Love your wintry birthday card. I also love that you walk me through the process of making this card. I have not stencilled much at all. This turned out beautifully!

Oh my gosh, I love that striking snowman, Karen!! I love how you created it, and I'll need to try that technique! I suspect the recipient was excited to receive it! Great card, Karen!
