This is for Ann's (annsforte3) Aunt Mimi who is ill. I also used today's color challenge colors....these were kind of a challenge for me...kind of a bright combo but I like what I ended up with.
I did include "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart" Proverbs 3:5 on the inside (this was a RAK from Wanda..thanks

This is clearly a "Polly" card. Lovely, colorful, and one sure to cheer Ann's Aunt Mimi.

Sure Aunt Mimi will enjoy your card, Polly. You did a great job of using these bright colors together and I like the more yellow-orange color instead of the duller yellow for your design. Pretty doily framing of your lady image.

OH pretty. I liked the colors separately but was not sure with them together, but after seeing them on the challenge they are pretty neat together . I like what you did with them here and how you did the silhouette in the blue like that with the pretty flowers for the framing...I ust popped into the t-party...have to get to work now but now I can think what to make after...great way to combine the challenges...TFS..and glad you could use that pretty verse...right on...:0)

Polly I love the portrait and the way you framed it. Those flowers really add charm to the card as well. Very pretty!!
