Z fold seemed like the perfect time to try out my new Neighborhood die . . . I had intended to use just the nieghborhood as my bottom strip but quickly realized it was much too delicate - so after mounting scraps of yellow behind the windows & doors, I glued the strip to some sky blue stock - free- hand cut that into a random cloud shaped egde & sponged with turquoise for more definition. I Stamped the tree in sever shades of green for the bg Then hand-lettered my greeting & fussy cut into more cloud shapes.

What a fabulous die to treat yourself with, Linda - and a great way to use it to super effect. Yes, I think it would need the backing for support, but that cloudy skyline is really effective.

Oh wow, Linda, how absolutely fabulous! I see how that neighborhood die would be far too delicate. What a great save adding those clouds behind the houses. The trees in the BG are a perfect addition and I love your hand lettering! Faved!
