While many of you are warming up with sweaters and hot cocoa we here in Florida have other thoughts. It's in the 70's today - and humid. During our "winter" months and especially now, I start thinking about my spring planting and what annuals to put in my front yard. So - I am warming up with flowers! Last year we planted some orange sunpatiens in March and had bold blooms up to December. I decided to go with orange blooms for this card. The watercolored look of the background was created by filling an aqua brush with rubbing alcohol and picking up some copic color that I had scribbled on a craft sheet. Love the look it created! I colored three of the blooms, cut them out and popped them up over the original image. The double frame mat was done with spellbinder nestabilities rectangles.
