Alphabet Challenge – Letter V – Valentine’s Day, velvet ribbon, vertical vine paper
For my card, I kept the diagonal and changed the placement of the elements. I wanted to use the same paper pack because IÂ’m using up old paper; I changed the design to a vine-like vertical pattern. I used basically the same colors, but no gray or brown. With ValentineÂ’s Day approaching, I replaced the dog with an embossed & die-cut heart. I liked how Pam layered & off-set her die-cut word in two colors; I kept that technique and changed the sentiment & the position. I added velvet ribbon on the diagonal edge, enamel dots on the ends and a ValentineÂ’s Day sentiment. Thanks Pam for sharing your wonderful cards and inspiring others. Thank you for looking at mine.

Oh Diane, I absolutely adore this card! You really did Pam proud when you used her lovely card as inspiration for this gorgeous card! I love these colors, that gorgeous velvet ribbon, the textured heart die and the two-tone word die. I am putting this beauty right into my favs! Hugs my friend! ~Karen.
