The wonderful Sabrina (Cook22) is hosting this week's Ways To Use It Challenge, WT617. Her challenge is to create with something new, old, borrowed, and blue. Great challenge, Sabrina!
My card includes the following:
NEW: ODBD Seeds of Today (issued on January 1, 2017), ODBD Plum Pizzazz Paper Pad (issued on January 1, 2017), Hero Arts Infinity Hearts Dies (new release), and CottageCutz I Love You Die (new to me);
OLD: Sizzix Big Shot (had since 2009, which makes it old to me LOL) and SU Hearts Collection Dies (issued on January 3, 2012);
BORROWED: I cased a heart Valentine card I created in 2012; and
BLUE: I was desperate for blue so I added a miniature blue heart at the bottom of the small yellow heart.
Thanks for viewing and commenting! Have a wonderful weekend!
Bev

Love that color combo, Bev, and the heart shape is of course a great feature!! Your selective coloring of the flower stamp is very effective and I love how you snuck the blue in!!!!

When I'm ever in doubt about how to do a challenge, I know who to go to! I've thought about you many times but just couldn't motivate myself to let you know how concerned I was about your precious sister. The holidays were a difficult time for both of us. Love and huge hugs my sweet friend. BTw, love your new image and what you've managed to create with it. Oh, to be you!

Bev, this is a lovely card of love. Your new image has such a beautiful flow to it. I like your choice of colors......most creative. Many of us(myself included) immediately think of red/pink when we think of "love" cards especially with Valentine's Day approaching.

What a stunning card Bev! I love how you angled this gorgeous flower image across the heart-shaped die. The way you colored this and the colors you used are stunning. Adding this flower onto a heart-shaped die is so fabulous and I love that this is a heart-shaped card too! Big Hugs for you! ~Karen.

Those fantasy flowers from ODBD are so pretty, I'm glad you have them as your new, Bev. And I think their papers are beautiful, although because they'd add colossally to the shipping I've never ventured to buy any. I really like your heart-shaped cards with all the layering - and well done for adding the tiny little pop of blue.
