I thought I had finished with Christmas cards for awhile, then I saw this fabulous card in Tara's gallery! I posted at least five of her cards into my favorites. Congrats Tara!
I mostly stayed with the color theme and layout. First I brought out the Heat & Stick Powder and doused it with green glitter. Can you spell disaster? I checked Tara's blog for instructions but that didn't work. I still don't know how she managed to come up with those beautifully glittered buildings. I finally cut some Stampin' Up glitter papers and that seemed to work. Now for the trees. Sitting at my desk I spied a Christmas gift bag with a snowman wearing a green glittered scarf. He wears that scarf no more because I took it from him and made it into trees!

Oh, this is a great CAS card and I think your sparkle looks super. I had a laugh about the snowman's scarf....hope he doesn't get cold.

LOVE your card! So pretty. Do you know the actual name or company of the city border die? I've been trying to find that particular one for a LONG time - just can't seem to come across it!
