Starting with the Sketch, I used the Sunburst Thinlits to die cut the sun rays then cut again with the largest Layering Circle Framelit for the circular shape. On the card front, I stamped with Soft Sky using the Swirly Bird Stamp Set then attached the Sunburst.
The clouds are die cut using the Up & Away Thinlits. I was able to stamp the sentiment from the Bella & Friends and perfectly cut it out with the cloud die! Pretty cool...
I stamped Bella on Thick Whisper White then colored her by using an Aqua Painter to pick up the color directly from the tip of the Early Espresso Watercolor Pencil. Bella is then "fussy cut" and attached to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. The balloon is from the Balloon Celebration Stamp Set, stamped with Island Indigo.
