This is Card #2 of the Step it Up Challenge from the Creative Crew. It features 3 balloons instead of three that are attached with Stampin' Dimensionals instead of being directly stamped on the card front.
To "Step it Up" the Banner and Balloon Strings are cut using the Balloon Pop-up Thinlits. I cut away the portions of the die that I did not want on the card front. I've also stamped confetti under the "Party On" banner. The final touch was an additional layer behind the card front.

I'm so glad you showed this view of your stepped up card--didn't even see the squiggles. Another thing I love on the stepped up version is the bow and strings--such a nice addition to your composition.
