Card for Ceal's (simplybeautiful) Blue Christmas challenge for Virtual Stamp Night.
I heat-embossed the snowflakes and the swirl onto the watercolor paper using Versamark ink and silver EP. I watercolored the paper, let it dry, and then "buffed" the dried paint off of the embossing. I used the decorative scissors to trim the edges of the panel, and then applied Versamark ink directly to the edges. I sprinkled on more silver EP & heat-embossed that to make a silver edge all around the panel. I layered the watercolored/embossed panel onto a silver CS panel. I added the bling because it just looked like it needed some.... :-) I layered the completed panels onto the 110# card base.
I heat-embossed the Holiday Greetings onto a piece of the silver CS using Versamark ink and deep blue EP, and punched it out with the decorative label punch. I added some blue bling to the greeting, and "popped" it up on the card with dimensionals.
Fun challenge! I love using blue and silver for Christmas! TFL!

Wow, is this ever pretty! Love the blue and silver. You can tell you put some TLC into this! I forgot that SU set had a holiday greeting in it. Nice reminder!
