For this week's lantern technique challenge, using this week's sketch for the layout. I've had this cs for a very long time. It's 12 x 12 pre-formatted scrapbook pages-- I never really got interested in scrapbooks, so I decided to cut up the pages for cards. The stripe was already printed, not layered.

Beautifully elegant, Brenda. I'd take the meaning of the character on trust...And be thankful that at least the "love" also indicates which way up to stamp it! I sometimes wonder if I'm guilty of stamping ideograms upsidedown.

Fabulous idea to use the lantern challenge for this sketch. I like the sentiment stamp you used. Creative way to use up the paper. It looks great. The added punched branch is a nice touch. Well done. TFS

Very nicely done - I love the sprig you added too - that is a wonderful touch to your card.
