I used multipurpose glue to attach the strips of paper, but I would highly recommend using a Xyron (or maybe carpet tape?). Since I didn't have an even amount of adhesive on every piece, some of them fell off and had to be re-attached. :(
The Bermuda Bay balloon is stamped off once. Full strength was just too bright. I used Clear Wink of Stella on both balloons which actually helped the stamped off BB balloon look richer.

Beautiful card. Your bargello technique is simply stunning. (On the thumbnail it looks like a multitude of clouds.) Your colors are wonderful. Also really love the lots of labels framelits used with your balloons.
