This is a very quick and easy way to decorate any objects such as note pads or books but could also be used to make cards. The only issue is the drying time for both the structure past and the glue so care is required.
I first glued some white card stock to the front of the note pad.
I then split the serviette so that you have one layer with the printing on it.
I placed this layer over the cover and then placed some structure past underneath where I wanted the raised surface. I moulded this to the images then carefully painted the glue all over the surface with a soft brush being careful not to drag the serviette or the structure past which is still very malleable.
At this point the book only has one layer of glue on it but will eventually have three layers and then I will do the back cover but not 3D it.

This is GORGEOUS! I have never used this technique, but I MUST try it! I have some notebooks with covers that are not my style at all...time to cover them up with something pretty!!
