I know this is a lotus blossom, but I am sure they must be related to water lilies (which I love), they are so like them. I stamped this on watercolour paper and embossed with clear EP, because I knew I wanted to watercolour it and the embossing helps keep the colours from mixing. After trimming it, I edged it with a black pen. The next layer uses a TCW stencil and some homemade misters (Perfect Pearls, distress re-inkers and water), and is also edged with a black pen. I wanted to keep a clean look, so I added some large sequins die-cut from a scrap of Polished Stone background, to mimic the lotus leaves, and some clear sequins and bling.

So pretty, Sabrina. The bg looks like ripples in the water with the sun shining on it. What a cheerful feel this card has. You sure colored the Lotus beautifully.

Beautifully done, Sabrina! The smaller image looks terrific with the wide background showing (which is awesome, BTW)!
