This week's Color Challenge is hosted by the one and only Barbara (BeJoyce). She chose SU Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow, and Pool Party for her color combination. The color combination is wonderful, Barbara!!
This card is my response to the Color Challenge. The main feature for this card is the large poinsettia, which is an Essentials by Ellen Mondo Poinsettia stamp image. I used Copic Markers to color the flower, incorporating a closely-matched Copic Pool Party color within and around the image. The sentiment is from the Catherine Pooler Designs Hip Holiday stamp set. I stamped the image in VersaMark and heat set Pool Party Embossing Powder on the Merry Christmas image.
The lovely Spellbinders Holiday Holly Frame Dies were used for the border and at the top of the white panel. Flower Soft was added to the poinsettias on the four corners.
Thanks for viewing and commenting!!
