My background is a piece of olive green CS to which I added a piece of a scrap envelope. Then I stamped the typewriter and the torn scripture scrap. Sentiment is computer generated. Thanks for looking.
PS. For those who worry...I could NEVER rip a page out of a Bible, but I do have several copy machines.

I'm with Jan ... I don't think I could tear a verse from any of my Bibles! It took years before I'd even underline!!!!
Your card is awesome and what words of encouragement! Love the antique typewriter.
Hugs my friend.

love it too! And a marvelous encouraging word.
It took a while to create art in a Bible. I have
several hymnals that I have altered. The Bible
that I am using was gifted to me by a neighbor.
It had been her father in laws, it was a medium
sized leather bound...felt so wonderful in my hand.
I knew I could pour out my art and find comfort in
those scriptures.
Doesn't that typing machine look like it could hurt you?
At least work your arms...

What an amazing old typewrite image, Carol. And so well paired with your Scripture.
I agree with Susan, it looks like hard work to type on that. I tried an old typewriter in a junk shop last time I visited my dad, it was hard to slow down enough so that the letters didn't jam. And yet I learned touch-typing on an old-fashioned typewriter...
