This cake has an extra non-chocolate layer of split birch logs. A friend and I have been on several long photo excursions together. Our longest was 2 weeks in Wyoming where bears and moose were our goal. We did see the south end of a bear going north but hit the jackpot our last two days when we saw ten and were able to photograph 8 moose in one day. This cake is for her...The cameras on the "tree" at the top are to remind us that you never take just one.
