I always admire Holly's cards in the gallery, so I enjoyed browsing her beautiful and perfectly crisp, clean cards. I took my inspiration from this card: DTGD16LMcAree Hot Pink Friends by hbrown at Splitcoaststampers
I really liked the treatment of the tag so I added the washi tape to the end of my tag. I also pooped up the end of the tag with 3D Foam Squares.
I made the blue background wrap around the whole card and I was going to make a white inside but I decided that it needed a white border around it, so I cut the blue smaller and let the white inside be a small border.

Ohhhhh I love how you copied my tag with the washi tape. Your sun and moon border at the top and bottom of your card is so cool, and I love that circle stenciling all over the background.
