For Polly's Scrapaholics Unite mixed media challenge.
I've done a pretty good job on using up pieces from my scrap box this year, but even my limited participation in Falliday Fest filled it up again. Here we have a background which was a fail from Ky's challenge. So it was shimmer mists and acrylic Brusho sprays with a masked off snowflake in the centre (which for this I had to fill in!), and some snowflakes stamped over it. The pine bough is cut from a gold glitter feather made using a Dreamweaver's stencil, left over from Lydia's Faberge VSN challenge last December. The blue in the ornaments is the salted background I messed up from her closing Falliday Fest challenge, and the gessoed and spritzed paper for the second layer of the ornaments was a reject background from KelliJo's challenge.
The shimmery snowflakes are fantasy film and fantasy fibers fused together, left over from goodness knows what. And I couldn't find anything in my scraps that was dark green for the ivy, so I took the sheet of kitchen towel out of my spray box and used that - I was determined to stay with the scraps theme .
Edges are smudged with gelatos and have some Ice Stickles, and I also used a bit of shabby white chunky ep before sticking the whole thing together.

Sabrina you really took the scraping to the extreme on this...I'm so impressed that you can remember which challenge some of these were leftovers from..wow! I love every inch of this..the leafy greenery in the corner, the awesome fused fiber snowflakes (how cool are those!!), the ornaments, and the glittery framing...Brilliant use of scraps and what a card!!!
