This is the card I made for this week's Alphabet Chalenge - Letter Q. I have Quilled Flowers and since flowers are calming I chose SU Stipple Rose for this challenge.
I watched Lydia's video on Zentangling and since I couldnt seem to get my coloring the way I wanted I decided to follow her lead. After all Zen is calming, right?
I should mention that the double challenge this week is to use something that gives you peace and Quiet.

So impressed with you doing Zentangle and a Lydia tutorial! I have to go check that out! You used beautiful colors. I know you have been trying to put a butterfly on every card this round and I see you got it on this one too with the charm, very creative. I think your card turned out beautifully.

Dani, this is very good. An also the white marks on the black are a good contrast to the lovely rose image. You are such a good stager, with that large white butterfuly in the background and your polka dotted flowers. Love your two colors of ribbon too. Very well done.

This is beautiful Dani! Wow! I love how you chose a different color other than black to do your zentangle technique - it is soft and warm and adds a lot of depth and dimension to these beautiful roses. I love the quilled flowers and butterfly charm accent you added to this card (I never think to do this, yet I love it when I see it). The white markings on your base card and the two colors of ribbon are the perfect finishing touches on this beautiful card! ~Karen.
