For Lisa's owl challenge. I have to say that I was so late getting on the owl trend that I thought I might have missed it altogether, but I'm glad they are around to stay. It's very hard for me to leave images uncoloured, but that's what I did here and stuck with the CAS treatment. The owl is layered on the next size up of curved square, which was embossed with the Cuttlebug Textile ef. I added a few little holly sprigs and berries to decorate the ivy frame, and added a double scored border all round apart from where the sentiment is stamped.

Oh, your card is just so beautiful and elegant! Love the ivy frame with the holly added to it for a touch of Christmas! TFS!

Delightful combination of holly and owl! The beautiful fresh greens look wonderful against your textured white background! Lovely card Sabrina! (and so nice to see an owl other than associated with Halloween) :-)

Wow, Sabrina...I like this so much that I am sneaking this message in while I am at work. I have that die cut and have not used it. I love how you made it into the perfect Christmas look. The uncolored owl is just the right touch. Pinned and faved.

What a lovely owl, Sabrina, and I hope they stay around for a long time as I love them. Your green die cut is outstanding and looks splendid encasing the owl!

Sabrina I love the CAS of this Christmas card and leaving the image uncolored works wonderfully with this image too. Yep it appears owls are around to stay for a while. My challenge went live and I was out of town on vacation that day and we stopped in to a couple of shops in the Adirondacks and owls were in every shop. I think it is safe to say they will be out for a while and you can sure use your owl images. Thank you so much for playing in my Whoo Loves You challenge and creating this adorable card.
