Ok Bev (texasgrammy) gave us a challenge to smear, shine, and smudge it, well I did.
*Smeared versamark on white cs (not the best quality) and heat embossed several ep in colors of copper, gold, green, and red.
*Was a true mess and decided to emboss the panel. It tore since I made the mistake of running it thru a couple of times.
*I don't know why I kept it but decided I'd make the most of it... I cut into strips and weaved what I was able to salvage and then it started taking shape.
*The bottom was too bare (and I had a glue smudge - not part of the challenge )
*Improvised a flower from wired ribbon and adhered over a split Altenew paper medallion (for leaves) and added a glittered button from my stash.
The colors dictated my mats and card base.

I really like your woven design... it's very cool. I also love that flower!!! I'm always afraid to use bigger elements... thank you for inspiring me! xoxo
