Incorporating Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie into my planned Christmas card was a bit of a challenge, but I accomplished it by making the wreath candle and flame using these two colors. The candle was die cut using the straight ribbon die from Wonderful Wreath, and the flames from the spiral flower center die from Botanical Builder.
The mandatory diagonal corner element from the sketch was made with the U Edgelits Adorning Accents Die and embossing each piece with the matching Textured Impressions embossing folder. The two pieces were separated slightly when they were glued down.
I created the required circle element using the Wonderous Wreath and Wonderful Wreath dies with Old Olive and Certainly Celery leaves stamped on Garden Green cardstock.
The mandatory rectangular sentiment element is Whisper White cardstock dry embossed with the same Textured Expressions scallop folder. The panel was embellished with a snowflake-like die from the Botanical Builder set to cut Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper. The snowflake was attached with an SU Stampin' Dimensional adhesive foam dot.
The sentiment was stamped by covering the upper unwanted half of the greeting stamp from the Loads of Love set using painter's tape before inking it, then removing the tape before stamping the Merry Christmas! words.
