Monograms are so cool and I hope for a comeback in popularity. Thanks Jacqueline for suggesting it as a Falliday challenge. Mine is definitely an artistic approach. though I can't even say when I began doing son Andy's name this way!
I used an unknown wood mounted stamp for my monogram. It was inked direct to paper. The 'd' was stamped onto Basic Grey 'Urban Prairie' yellow and embossed with clear ep. I stapled it to the card. Added the fun Washi masculine pattern tape, the numbers '21' and it was good to go.
My &d is quirky, funny, and well loved. I'll slip this in his bag on his next adventure. Hoping he'll discover it when he needs an encouraging word.

Wow - AWESOME! Love your story behind the monogram. So cute. I think this is a wonderful approach to the challenge and I'm glad my challenge inspired you to make this cool card. Thanks for joining in our first Falliday Fest!
