What a delicious challenge, Lori...texture! Makes me think of my favorite holiday pie (Coconut)...my card declares me thankful...and hoping someone will bring a Coconut Cream Pie to our Thanksgiving table!
I had a blast with this embossed Tim panel. I started with a heavy piece of watercolor paper. Sprayed it quite heavily with water. Sprinkled the Brusho's in Orange, Brilliant Red, and Brown. Stood back and watched the magic!!! Once it was dry, I used TCW's Mini Cathedral of Love stencil and Tim's Distress Stain in Picket Fence to create a random wash of color across the panel. The 'Thankful Print' folder by Tim Holtz was dry embossed. I rubbed a single Gelato in 'Chocolate' across the words. Added Washi tape across the bottom along with the seam binding trim.
Gotta love the Brusho magic...makes me an artist!
Thanksgiving is coming...better start training for that groaning holiday table!
