CC605 - WHO CRUSHED PUMPKINS AND CHERRIES IN THE GARDEN?? (10-18-16)
Sketch Challenge 615 {10/18/2016} by cpayette
HereÂ’s my card for the color and sketch challenges. I love the colors of fall! The sketch works well for a pumpkin.
I die cut the pumpkin using Tim Holtz movers & shapers die and painted with Tempera paints. Stamped the Petaluma, CA OAK LEAF in fall colors and fussy cut. I also used a Stampabilities ‘Faded Text Background’ woodblock stamp on a 2” strip of cs and the sentiment was stamped on bottom in orange and brown.
Thank you all for viewing.

You clever girl, combining these two challenges into one spectacular card. Fall's colors are some of my favorites.

Angela,
beautiful painting on that pumpkin, with lovely shades of fall colors on the leaves! The script is a wonderful background and the sentiment is so outstanding in the double stamping!

This is so pretty and uniquely designed to fit the sketch in a CAS style. Using the text in the middle is quite clever and your pumpkin and leaves are gorgeous! I'm always happy to see your cards...hope you doing well Angela.
