| | I made this card for this week's Alphabet challenge for the letter O (for Old Time Bakery). I have seen these awning cards before on scs and I have never made one before so thought I would try my hand at it. I decided to watch a video on how to make an awning card and that helped a lot. It was easier than I expected it to be. I colored the image with SN alcohol markers, then added wink of stella on each cake, but it is hard to see in the picture. The letters were cut on the cricut and glued in place. The small town in Iowa where we shopped had a bakery that looked similar to this so it was really fun to take a walk down memory lane while making this card. |
