Oh, Fran, this is absolutely and completely gorgeous! I love this underwater scene, and the colors are fabulous! You've truly made a masterpiece of beauty, and what a stunning "frame" inside this card! I want to come and live in this wonderful underwater world. These colors are so beautiful and your layers and frame with the bokeh bubbles on it surround the scene marvelously! The crystal effects give your flowers outside the frame a nice wet look! It's ALL beautiful! Masterpiece!
