Used Diane's terrific sketch and Maura's colours (CC566) - substituting Pink Pirouette for Pretty in Pink - for this week's Colour Challenge. I did use Pretty In Pink, though, behind the flower. Out of PIP c/s but still have the inkpad.
I haven't used this old SU set for a while, simply stamped and coloured the flower with ink and blender pen and added spiced marmalade stickles to the centre of the flower - I seem to be using this a lot this weeek!! For the horizontal panel I used the Smack & Squirt technique - inkpads directly onto foil, spray with lots water, and place c/s on top. Often referred to as "Susie's technique". Once dry, assembled card.
TFL!

This is so beautiful! I love the tall flower and thin background stamp. Cute butterfly. The horizontal strip is very pretty and vibrant. The embossing is lovely. You have combined many techniques into one great card. Love it! TFS
