Hi all,
I made a stencil with a screw punch and 3 sizes of heads. Used white texture paste (after water coloring a bg and white embossing the stamped image) then I poured glitter on the paste. I tore some snow ground and added Merry Christmas. Hope this still fits the one layer card. I think the torn paper is equivalent to die cuts.
I think I met the texture requirements too so I am submitting this for both challenges.
Thanks for looking!

Beautiful scene, Robin. I love the embossed image and those wonderful sky colors. The falling snow is perfect.

This really turned out beautifully. I love the water colored bg ...I would never have thought those colors could make such a pretty sky. The snow along the bottom looks perfect. Fsved
