Used my new stencil "Spilled Ink" and sponged using Early Espresso and Soft Suede; also sponged edges. Stamped Coffee image on white CS and cut out, shaded highlights using grey colored pencil. Ran the darker cream color through my crimper and then stamped the coffee image on it to use as a guide to cut out the coffee wrap. I cut it slightly wider so I could tape it to the image and wrap the edges around to the back. I used dimensionals to affix it to the DS and rust CS layers. Stamped the steam image in Soft Suede and fussy cut (hardest part), used dimensional bits to adhere it as well. Next I used some glitter glue on the "steam", I added some Martha Stewart fine white glitter to make it stand out even more. The coffee beans were stamped in Close to Cocoa and colored in with Creamy Caramel marker. Thanks a Latte was stamped in Close to Cocoa and I cut it out with the smallest SU oval die. I used the same die to cut a Rust CS underlay. I added the ribbon to the back of the oval and then cut the Rust circle in half and layered it behind the ribbon and sentiment layers. All layers were taped on. Rust brads were added just before taping onto base layer.

What a great card for the L challenge! This card takes me right to a coffee house- yum! I love the fabulous stencil you used on your background- how fun is this! I spill everything I drink so this made me giggle actually. I love how you assembled and colored this wonderful coffee cup and stamped those adorable coffee beans. Great choice of dsp too! ~Karen.
Oh what a great card and use of paper other then the rubbish bin. Lol didn't you hear? I always take in castaways and orphans to come live with me in Hawaii. Part of it is to waste not want not. But a big part is to drive my hubby looney like he does me everyday. But I wouldn't want it any other way !! Wonderful card ms Gina . I've always heard of this cup and now I see why. Simply gives not a good cup of joe but gets everyones mojo going for the fix.
Lol a good fix for caffeine free this card is!!
