This was the second version, leaning towards the sepia/brown monochromatic look. I made the belt pop by coloring it red. Her skin is a wash of white ink to lighten it just a bit. I wanted to incorporate yellow to combine with the brown and red as another retro color combo. I saw some washi tape on my desk that is never used so that came out to put a little yellow gingham design in play. I'm a little obsessed with the Unity funny sets right now, so you may be seeing Peggy again soon.

Peggy is so cute. You did a great job on both your cards. Glad you could play along with the sketch challenge. The washi tape is a nice addition on this one. TFS

Hmmm, it is hard to choose. I think I like this one just a bit more than the other; they are both great which is why it is hard to choose! I think I like the bolder color of Peggy on this one. Fun card!
