Thanks guys! I did use the mini envelope template to cut out the window sheet. It is not a problem to fold the window sheet- it does not crack. I scored the folds with my bone folder and then folded it like a regular piece of cardstock and used the bone folder to make the creases. The pouch does not actually open from the front because you would have been able to see all the adhesive and such. I closed it with the new sticky tape and put all the seams to the back. I put the eyelets through before I folded it. It is kind of hard to get the eyelet setter to puch through the window sheet but it is possible!

Excellent job casing. I seen this in the catalog too, but wasn't sure I was brave enough to try. Now that you have tried it, maybe I can work up the courage! Thanks for sharing with us! Lana
