I don't know what is wrong with me but I have been thinking 'Christmas' all week. I love to do Iris Folding and to-day seemed to be the day to play. Since the challenge was to use a 'gem' I thought the sequins made good holly berries and just for accent tiny red gems on the outer frame. I used various gift wrap papers on the image and framed it with a folder from cuttlebug. The greeting is from Petite Pairs. It's a nice tiny one when you haven't got a lot of room. Thanks for looking.

Absolutely beautiful Christmas card, Sue. Your iris fold holly leaf is really amazing. Looks very hard to do. Pretty embossed frame enhanced with the bit of gem sparkle.

What a gorgeous Christmas card! May I rub your sleeve and get some of the Christmas feeling from you? I would love it if I could start making my Christmas cards now. Good for you, and wow- this iris folding is stunning in this holly leaf. I love the shimmery 2nd holly leaf too. The embossed background and hints of red jewels really finishes this card nicely! ~Karen.
