After experimenting with the Pearl-Ex heated pearls technique, I came up with my own personal procedure- mixing Pearl-Ex into white glue, then stamping with that mixture, and also spreading it onto cs with a plastic spreader. I stamped the background for the top part of the card (it's very subtle), then sprayed that with gold glitter spray. I punched out squares of both heated pearls and my glue mixture, then lined them up into a patchwork pattern on the bottom of the card. Punched out flowers, using the Nellie Snellen punches, then stomped them with the matching NS embossers, to get dimension, and embellished with tiny pink rhinestones on the small flowers for the patches. Layered 2 large flowers, punched from the spread Pearl-Ex & glue and added a large pink rhinestone center for the center of the motif on the top of the card. Used the paper pleating technique, made a strip for across the card, added graduated pink pearls, and brushed the pleated strip with Pearl-Ex for a shimmer. Using the Pixels technique, made squares with Pearl-Ex and dimensional squares- used those on the corners of the top background. Cut the 2 layered squares in the top motif on my paper cutter, one from heated pearls, one from my procedure, then layered with 4 more of the EK punches, added 2 teensy pink rhinestones at the outer points, and mounted the motif onto the background on the top of the card. Pierced a line between the top element and the pleated paper.

Lots of P-ing going on here. So very pretty! Love your creativity and clever ideas. I like the squares; looks like a quilt. Pretty presentation of Letter P. TFS

Wow! There are so many techniques tucked into this beautiful card I am still checking it out. Love how the various elements are all so different, yet it comes together beautifully. Your technique is really interesting and one I may try out here soon. The title of this card is an absolute hoot! ~Karen.
