This is for Nancy's DTGD challenge. I began with my canvas piece by laying the art stencil and spraying the pink color. I wish I'd left it alone, but decided to add the blue color in the bg. I tore extra threads from the edges. I had a doily laying on my desk and decided to go in the Shabby Chic direction. I wanted another layer in blue so I took my Baja and dry embossed it. I then distressed the edges heavily. I took my Baja seam binding crumpled it up and sprayed it with some alcohol which dries super fast and gives the good crinkle. I wasn't sure about a sentiment but found the haiku I'd handwritten when I'd made a card about my mom last Fall when she passed away. She ha been so much on my mind! My last add was the Tim Holtz letters.
