I diecut a stitched rectangle and matted it with aqua cardstock and added foam adhesive to pop it up on the card base. I had a spare doily in my stash so I cut it in half to look like a lace tablecloth. Next, I stamped the plate of hearts, colored it with COPICs, fussy cut it and added foam adhesive to pop it up. Lined it all up and adhered to the card. Last thing I added was a sticker sentiment.
Thanks so much for looking!

I love the idea of a doily making a tablecloth. And it fits that adorable plate of hearts just perfectly! With the CAS design on the rest of the card, it really shines.
