I thought this would be a fine card for the Guesthouse, which is a men's homeless shelter in Milwaukee that my group makes cards for. They have raised garden beds in back of the building and grow some of their own food which I think is really cool.
I used scraps of dp on the first 4 layers. Then I added a vintage music circle which I almost covered with some seed packet pictures I found in an old magazine.
I love to recycle, so I often look for things in magazines or books. In a magazine I usually glue the entire page or just the part I want to use to a sheet of cardstock and fussy cut the image I want, which - in this case were vintage seed packets. Don't we all wish the seeds were only 5 cents now.

I agree this will be perfect for the Guesthouse! Love the use of the sketch as well as how you used the magazine pictures as elements on your card- very creative and fun!

This is pretty cool - I like the vintage colors and the seed packets really makes it 'down home' feeling!!
