This card was made for Teresa's 2016 Dare to Get Dirty challenge. I used another Penny Black stamp. The background was water colored with Ken Oliver's Color burst, edged with Tim Holtz vintage photo distressed inks (I love the instant vintage look you get with that), created water droplets to give it a bit of dimension, and colored the poppies with Copic markers.
