I love today's Inspiration Challenge site, Petals, which is full of beautiful silk flower arrangements. I chose this Gerbera Daisy arrangement as my inspiration. To get the fullness of the original arrangement, I stamped the daisy image (3 daisies), masked it, and stamped it again. Then I stamped a single daisy twice and cut them out. I recently found a nice Fiskars stamp set with two different mason jars, one of which has a square bottom, similar to my inspiration. I had to elongate the stems of the daisies with a narrow marker. I achieved the glass look (which you really can't see in the photo) with clear glaze.
I have a card ministry at my church. I am going to use this card hopefully to bring some joy to someone on my list.

Kudos to you for such great masking - I thought it was a floral arrangement stamp! I was already thinking how clever you were to pop up a flower or two for dimension, and then I read your description and was even more impressed - beautifully done!

Fabulous masking and fussy cutting of those pretty Gerbera Daisies!! I love the bright colors of them too. This will be a great card to bring cheer to someone at your church.

That's funny! I chose the same bouquet as inspiration for my card today : ) You really nailed this, right down to the square vase for your daisies. Gerberas are some of my favorite Summer flowers; they make such an impact in the garden!
I like the way you tucked the greeting in amongst the blossoms.
