A thank you for friends inspired by this card by Dawn McVey on PTI's blog. It is for the "Create Along With Us" challenge on that blog. I did simplify the layout and did not put a sentiment on the face of the card....I wanted the watercolor to be the focal point.

I I wouldn't have used a sentiment either - no distraction from this amazingly beautiful watercolor! (I like yours much better!)

I don't think anyone but you could have used this stamp in a more beautiful way! Your watercolor is amazing on this one! You manage to have definition of the petals and leaves yet still maintain that loose, watercolor look. Just gorgeous!

Oh, Sallie, I did see Dawn's card and this inspiration challenge, and I absolutely love your loose watercoloring of it! It's such a beautiful stamp set, and I agree with Nancy that you've really managed to maintain definition with a lovely free flow. Beautifully done, and I often don't want a sentiment. This card surely doesn't need it. Sigh - another beautiful inspiration piece for me, my friend! Hugs!
