I haven't made a card in over 2 months, as we've been doing a remodeling project in our house. I needed to find a card with a simple layout, so that I could ease back into stamping. Rita's Shoots n Butterfly card was perfect. I die cut the Botanical Builders panel from certainly celery cardstock, layered it over the English Rose DP, stamped the sentiment and added a few punched butterflies. The panel was placed on a vintage cream card base and a rhinestone added to the larger butterfly. Here's Rita's card that inspired me. Shoots n Butterfly by scootsv at Splitcoaststampers

I can see where you would have to ease back into card making, Sue. That's a long time to be away from inks! You picked a nice piece of dp to help you out today! Very pretty card with the addition of your butterflies and curvy botanical die-cut~

For someone who hasn't stamped in 2 months, you've certainly not missed a beat with this one, Sue. That image is beyond gorgeous and your coloring is divine. This may have been easy for you but not everyone could create something as pretty as this.

Sue, I LIKE your card! The softness of your color choices is nice. Well done with your CASE! Thanks for the nice comments and for taking the time to make a card for my 'Featured Stamper' week! They are appreciated! tfs
Isn't it fabulous to create again when you have had to be away? I did that this summer. Had several weeks away from stamping, it felt so good to get back to the craft room! Your BG is so soft and sweet! I love the leaf die cut! So pretty!
