When I saw the challenge I immediately had this idea. I stamped the Chevrons using BuildABackground-Basics from SugarPea Designs. Then I stamped, cut out and popped up this awesome shark using HelloChum from Avery Elle.
I am so glad I have my MISTI so I can stamp again and again to get the color I want! I just love how the Chevrons turned out using my MISTI.

I am convinced that MISTI is one of those tools that make ya wonder how you ever stamped before it existed. (Kind of makes up for all those tools that really didn't live up to their hype)
Great card - I like your chevron "waves" and how your sentiment and vicious looking shark complement each other. You are always the creative one.
