The mulberry paper with stars was on white background. I took the night of navy and distressed ink and blotted with a sponge to turn the white paper into a blue dark sky. I then used my Versamark on vellum for the designs. I used the shooting star die cut & took the two circles cut out for the frame. I popped the center one with a dimensional. Cut out the greeting with the chalk talk die cut and used star brads to anchor.
