I used pool & navy reinkers on wc paper after saturating heavily with water. Once dry I added some white acrylic by flicking with a toothbrush. For the sailboat, I stamped off once then misted the image before stamping, cut it out. The sentiment is stamped off once since the navy just seemed too dark full strength. The bg is popped up using fun foam. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

I love the salty look of your watercolor panel. The diagonally embossed stripes with the Night of Navy matte is captivating, as well as the subtlety of the sentiment. Love it!
